What discretion means when it is more than a word on a website
Every salon claims it. Here are the specific things we do, so you can check whether anyone else does them.

Discretion is on the homepage of every salon in Prague, which makes it useless as a claim. What follows is a list of specific practices instead — partly so you know what we do, and partly so you have something concrete to ask any other venue about.
The entrance
The door on Rybná carries no signage indicating what is behind it. You are not visible from the street while waiting, because you are not waiting — you ring and you are inside within seconds. There is no illuminated frontage and nothing about the building announces itself.
Not meeting other guests
Bookings are spaced so that arrivals and departures do not overlap in the corridor. With five rooms rather than a dozen this is genuinely manageable; it is one of the practical reasons we have not expanded. In the ordinary case you will not see another guest during your visit.
What we record
- A first name — any name — and a phone number, kept only until the booking is done.
- No address, no identification, no card details stored, and no customer database.
- No CCTV inside the club. Nowhere, including corridors.
- Photography and recording by guests are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
On your bank statement
Card payments appear under a neutral company name that does not identify the club. If you would rather leave no trace at all, cash in CZK or EUR is accepted without comment and there is a cash machine two minutes away.
Messages
We message on WhatsApp, which is end-to-end encrypted, and we do not send marketing. We do not follow up after a visit, we do not add you to anything, and if you delete the thread nothing about it persists on our side beyond the working day.
What to ask other venues
The four questions worth asking anywhere: is there CCTV, what appears on a card statement, what personal data is kept after the booking, and are arrivals spaced to avoid guests meeting. A venue that answers these clearly is telling you something. A venue that answers 'we are very discreet' is telling you nothing.
