A voucher, not a guess
Vouchers are issued for an amount rather than a named treatment, which means the person receiving one chooses the massage, the therapist and the hour themselves.
Four denominations, from 2,000 to 5,000 CZK. Each comes printed in a plain presentation envelope with nothing on the outside identifying where it is from, which is usually the detail that matters.
Vouchers are valid for twelve months, can be used against any treatment on the menu including wellness, and any remaining balance stays on the voucher for a later visit. If the treatment chosen costs more, the difference is simply paid in the salon.
