Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible, keep it only as long as a booking needs it, and never sell or share it. This page explains exactly what that means.

Who is responsible

FOX CLUB Prague, Rybná 683/17, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, is the controller of any personal data described on this page. You can reach us about anything on it at [email protected] or on +420 773 608 890.

What we collect

For a booking we ask for a name and a contact number. The name does not need to be your legal name and we do not check it against identification. Nothing else is required, and we do not ask why you are visiting.

If you write to us by email, we hold that message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you.

  • A name of your choosing and a phone number, to make and confirm the booking.
  • The content of any message you send us, until it has been answered.
  • Anonymous, aggregated website analytics — never linked to a booking.

What we do not collect

We do not keep a customer database, a visit history, or a marketing list. We do not store card details — payments are processed by our payment provider and we never see or retain the numbers. There is no CCTV inside the club.

How long we keep it

Booking details are deleted once the booking has taken place, normally within the same working day. Email correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed. Accounting records that Czech law requires us to keep are retained for the statutory period and contain no detail of what was booked.

Card payments

Payments by card appear on your statement under a neutral company name that does not identify the club. If you would rather leave no record at all, we accept cash in CZK and EUR.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets one item in your browser's local storage to remember that you confirmed your age, so the notice is not shown again. It contains no personal data and never leaves your device.

We use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to understand which pages are read. It does not profile individuals and is not connected to any booking.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
