What an erotic massage in Prague actually costs in 2026
Real numbers, what drives them, and how the low advertised prices are made to work.

Prices in this industry are quoted inconsistently and sometimes dishonestly, so it is worth setting out both what the real range is and what causes a session to sit at one end of it or the other.
The realistic range
- Base erotic massage, 30 min: 1,400–1,800 CZK
- Base erotic massage, 60 min: 1,600–2,200 CZK
- Nuru or body to body, 60 min: 2,000–2,500 CZK
- Tantra, 60 min: 2,200–2,800 CZK · 90 min: 3,100–3,800 CZK
- Signature or combined treatment, 60 min: around 3,000 CZK
- Couples massage, 60 min: 4,500–5,500 CZK
- Two masseuses: close to double the single-therapist price
- Show: 3,900–6,400 CZK depending on length
- Hotel visit: roughly 1,000 CZK above the salon price
What actually drives the price
Four things, in order of weight. Duration, obviously. Then whether it is one therapist or two — a duo costs close to double because it genuinely occupies two people's time. Then the technique: nuru gel and foam are consumable costs, and treatments needing a table and drainage tie up a specific room. And finally the venue itself, which is mostly a question of how many rooms it runs and how much space each one gets.
How the cheap prices work
If you see an hour advertised at 800 or 1,000 CZK, that number is real but incomplete. The common structures are an entrance fee paid separately, a room charge added at the door, a 'service' surcharge, or a headline price for a thirty-minute session displayed as though it were an hour.
None of that is necessarily illegal, and it is worth understanding rather than being outraged by. But it does mean the only price worth comparing between venues is the total you will actually hand over, and the only way to find that out reliably is to ask before you go.
Where you can genuinely save
- Off-peak hours. Weekday mornings and early afternoons are discounted almost everywhere — we take 10% off between 07:00 and 15:00.
- Matching duration to treatment. Nuru at sixty minutes is right; two hours of it mostly buys you time.
- One therapist rather than two, unless the duo is specifically what you want.
- Vouchers, if you are buying for someone else — the balance carries over rather than expiring on the visit.
Tipping
Normal, not obligatory, and nobody will comment either way. Ten percent is a common figure. It goes to the therapist directly.
