First visit

Your first visit, described minute by minute

Nearly all first-visit nerves come from not knowing the sequence. Here is the whole sequence.

People are rarely nervous about the massage. They are nervous about the twenty minutes around it — arriving, being seen, not knowing what happens next or what is expected of them. So here is the entire sequence, in order, with nothing left out.

Before you arrive

You book on WhatsApp. You give a name — any name, it is not checked against anything — a treatment, a duration and a time. You get a confirmation back, usually within a few minutes. Nobody asks why, nobody asks whether you have been before, and there is no form.

Arriving

The entrance on Rybná is a plain door with no signage announcing what is behind it. You ring, someone lets you in, and you are inside within a few seconds. There is no queue, no reception desk in a bright lobby, and no waiting room where other guests sit looking at each other.

You are taken to the bar. If you have booked, your therapist is already expecting you and will come and introduce herself. If you have not chosen one, this is where you do.

In the room

  • You are shown into your room. Each has its own shower, and you take one — this is required, not optional, and there is a robe.
  • Your therapist talks with you first. What you want, what you do not want, how much pressure, anything you would rather she avoided.
  • The massage runs for the time you booked. The clock starts when the massage does, not when you walked through the door.
  • You shower again afterwards, and you are not hurried out. There is no next guest standing in the corridor.

The questions people are too polite to ask

Do I undress completely? Yes, and there is a robe and a towel, and your therapist leaves the room while you shower if you would prefer that. Do I have to talk? No. Some guests talk the whole hour and some say nothing after the first two minutes; neither is odd. Can I change my mind mid-session? Yes, at any point, without explaining. Can I ask her to stop entirely? Yes, and you will be met with a nod rather than a discussion.

Paying

Afterwards, at the bar, in cash or by card. The price is the one published on the pricing page — there is no entrance fee, no room charge and nothing added at the door. If someone quotes you a different number than the website did, something has gone wrong and you should say so.

How long the whole thing takes

Budget about thirty minutes on top of your booked time. A sixty-minute massage is realistically ninety minutes from door to door, and rushing that is the one reliable way to get less out of it than you paid for.
