Body to body: a straight explanation of what it is

The most-booked erotic massage in Prague, described without euphemism.

Body to body is the treatment most people are actually picturing when they think about erotic massage, and it is worth describing plainly because the name does very little work.

It is an oil massage in which the therapist uses her forearms, torso and legs in addition to her hands. That is the whole idea. What follows from it is a session with considerably more surface contact than a conventional massage, and considerably more pressure than a nuru one.

How the hour is structured

Almost every body-to-body session opens the same way: a shower, then ten to fifteen minutes of ordinary relaxing strokes with warm oil. This part is not filler. Full contact on a body that is still tense is unpleasant, and any therapist who skips this stage is not doing the treatment properly.

From there the therapist shifts gradually into full-body contact — starting on the back, where the surface is largest and the position most comfortable, and moving on from there according to what you want. Pressure is yours to set at any point, and asking for more or less is expected rather than awkward.

Body to body versus nuru

These two get confused constantly. The difference is one variable: oil grips, nuru gel does not.

  • Body to body — oil, more traction, more pressure, feels closer to a real massage.
  • Nuru — seaweed gel, almost no friction, feels weightless and continuous.
  • Body to body is available up to two hours; nuru is best in shorter sessions.
  • If you want physical work as well as sensuality, body to body is the answer.

One masseuse or two

Body to body is the treatment where a second therapist changes the experience most, because two people working in coordination can maintain contact continuously in a way one person physically cannot. It costs roughly double, and it is not twice as good — but it is genuinely different, which is a better reason to book it.

How long to book

Sixty minutes is the standard and works well. Thirty is honestly tight once you account for the shower and the opening. Ninety is where the treatment stops feeling like an appointment, and if you have not tried it before, that is the one to aim for.
