Prostate massage: a plain guide for men who are curious and unsure
The questions men most often want answered before booking, answered without embarrassment.

This is one of the treatments people research privately and ask about awkwardly, so here is a direct guide. Nothing below is euphemistic and none of it assumes you have done this before.
What it involves
Prostate massage is internal stimulation of the prostate gland, performed with a gloved and generously lubricated finger. It is offered at FOX CLUB as an addition to any massage rather than as a session of its own, and it typically occupies a small part of a longer hour.
Does it hurt?
Done properly, no. Discomfort in this context comes almost entirely from two things: going too fast and using too little lubricant. Neither is difficult to avoid, and an experienced therapist avoids both by default. If something is uncomfortable, saying so immediately is the correct response — and it will be met with an adjustment, not a discussion.
Hygiene and safety
- Gloves are used without exception and changed between anything else.
- Water-based lubricant, generously applied and reapplied.
- Showering beforehand is required, and every room has one.
- Nails are kept short. This is a basic professional standard, not a courtesy.
Is there a health angle?
There is some evidence that prostate massage can help with certain kinds of chronic pelvic discomfort, but the honest position is that this is a wellness service and not a medical one. If you have prostate symptoms, an enlarged prostate, or any diagnosed condition, speak to a doctor rather than a masseuse. We will decline the booking if you tell us there is an untreated medical issue, and that is the right outcome.
How to ask for it
Mention it when you book, not at the door. It is an add-on at a fixed price and it needs a few minutes of the hour set aside, so telling us in advance simply means the session is planned properly. Nobody at the other end of the WhatsApp is surprised by the question — it is asked several times a week.
