A couples booking puts both of you in the same room for the full session. Depending on what you want, your therapist can work with each of you in turn, work with one while guiding the other, or teach you both a technique to use on each other.
That last option is the one couples underestimate. A ninety-minute session where you learn how to do this properly at home is worth considerably more than ninety minutes of being worked on.
It is our most common booking for anniversaries, and the one where we most often get asked to keep the room quiet and the lights low. Both are easy.
What to expect
One room, both of you, one therapist. The session can alternate between you, focus on one while the other is guided, or teach you a technique to continue at home.
